I am sharing the details of a traditional Nalukettu house in pandalam Kerala. The design of the house is in kerala style with all modern facilities and also the house is in 15 cent plot .

Firstly, a long but elegant veranda is designed for the house, with honey-colored wall tiles adorning the front. Round-shaped pillars grace the veranda, while the main attraction of the house lies in its lengthy windows.
The front door receives Manichithrathazhu . Moreover Upon entering we see a large hall with Nadumuttam .Two sofas made of aquasia tree stand on either side of the hall. Additionally, a TV unit is also present there.
All art works and cupboard works use HDMR sheet. Additionally, four pillars in Nadumuttam made beautiful with texture works. Furthermore, one can see rain through the toughened glass above the nadumuttam. Besides the sides of nadumuttam there are Bedrooms , Dining space, and Bathrooms.
Constructed with HDMR sheet, the stair cabin stands adjacent to a wash area designed in classic style. At the right side of the center courtyard is the design of the prayer area. The first bedroom looks spacious as well as clean with a trending design. Next, the second bedroom is right beside the TV unit area and looks exactly same as that of the first bedroom. Right in front of the second bedroom we can see the third bedroom which is further absolutely stunning in looks.
Lastly the Kitchen here is a combination of open, Modular and traditional type kitchen and is made up of HDMR sheets. In addition Kitchen slabs are made of granite and wall of the kitchen consist of tiles.
