The total area of the house is 480 Sqft moreover it is made completely according to vasthu principles. The vasthu consultant as well as the plan is made by baiju thuravoor . For making such a wonderful house kalesh spent only 8 lakhs Indian money.

Firstly for exterior , sheet is given as rain guard. The house consist of 2 verandas which enhances its look. One veranda faces the kichen and other is at the front. Honey colour vertified tiles are given to the veranda near kitchen.The house is in a 14 Cent plot and looks very calm and peaceful from the outside.

Surprisingly this kerala house uses old wooden doors and windows for making . Infact that lowers the budget to a extent. Only 3000rs is spent on the front windows and overall cost 43.000 for all windows and doors. Moreover the house is perfect for the climate in Kerala.

Interior Details

The budget home design mainly features 2 bedroom , Hall and a kichen. Compared to the exterior, the interior looks spacious . Through the front door leads to the living hall and 2 diwan cot is placed for seating. In addition dining area locates near to this. The upper part of the house has clay roof tiles with truss work therefore inside the house has cooling effect. The 2 bedrooms looks spacious and features white colour paints for coloring. Also the house features a common toilet and a wash basin.

Finaly the kitchen has all the facilities and has beautiful tiles present in it. We can exit through the door beside the kitchen.
