7.5 LAKHS – Small Budget House in Kerala
Here are the details of a small budget house design. This house in Kayamkulam, located in the Alappuzha district of Kerala. Despite the limited budget of 7.5lakhs, managed to cover all construction costs.
This budget house is construct according to Life Mission Program of kerala Government.
Arun, the manager of Aadhi Construction, said that they constructed the tiny house within four months. Additionally, all the materials used for construction such an affordable house are both high-quality and affordable.
The house consists of a living-cum-dining space, two bedrooms, one common bathroom and a kitchen.
SMALL BUDGET HOUSE EXTERIOR
The house’s exterior features white and blue paint. Furthermore, the design of this budget home follows a contemporary style. On the exterior, we can see two windows on either side of the door. Additionally, three steps with vitrified tiles lead up to the door.
HOUSE INTERIOR
As we move into the house, we reach a hall where the living-cum-dining area is arranged. Additionally, a TV stands on one side.
Towards the right side of the hall, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a bed and appears spacious receiving lot of natural light through its windows.
Next is the second bedroom, It has the same size as the first. Two windows provide ample natural light, ensuring there is no lack of brightness.
A common bathroom sits outside the second bedroom. It includes a European closet and shower units. Additionally, a washbasin is fixed just outside the bathroom.
Lastly, we have the kitchen. Although it is small, it looks neat and clean. The kitchen counter is made of black granite. Due to the family’s small budget, there are no cupboards in the kitchen.
